Terms and Conditions
By receiving this document and engaging my services, you hereby agree to my following Terms and Conditions to the extent allowed by the law:
You warrant that your dog is currently in good physical and mental health.
Should the health of your dog change, you agree to inform me of any change.
You warrant that your dog has not shown any aggressive behaviour towards any person or other dog.
Our dog adventure services offers a space where dogs play actively together in groups and you accept that during the normal course of play your dog may sustain injuries, despite our best efforts to supervise and prevent any such injuries.
You acknowledge and accept that Pied Piper Adventures runs “off lead” adventures and you authorize them to allow your dog(s) off the lead within areas they deem safe.
Pied Piper Adventures is indemnified in full against any liability arising from any and all harm, damages or undesired outcome caused to, or by, your dog while in our care.
You take full responsibility for any veterinary costs associated with injuries sustained while with us.
You are responsible for any medical expenses or damages to our staff, other people, other dogs or other properties despite our best efforts to maintain a safe, controlled environment and prevent such incidents.
Un-spayed female dogs may not attend adventures while in season. Pied Piper Adventures holds no liability for un-spayed dogs that attend adventures at any time.
You consent to your dog being photographed and, or, videoed while in our care and this media may be used for promotional materials and our social media promotions.
You agree to a 24-hour cancellation notice period; you may be charged should you not provide a 24-hour notice of cancelling your appointment.
